The 3rd Annual Ballard Park Unplugged was held on June 28, 2007. Seven different musical groups played for two hours as people strolled through Ballard Park. The Ancient Order of Hibernians Bagpipe & Drum Corp made a special appearance marching from the Rogers High School parking lot into the Quarry Meadow where Community Baptist Church's gospel choir Voices United in Praise were performing.

Children had fun interacting with the musicians. LeRoy White had them drumming, Mike Cellemme was creating songs with them and Mary King had them playing the harp.

Classical oboist Jane Murray greeted guests at the entrance across from Rogers High School and Whistlin Dixie performed below the large maple tree. The Bob Kendall Band had event goers rocking along the loop trail.
